Service Description

Full Face is the area below the hairline to brows and below eyes to jawline. Front Neck is front region of neck(collum) below jawline that connect the head to torso. From sides, it start below that ear to ear. Full Face does not include hairline. • Appointment is required. Please shave the treatment area, 24 hours prior to your appointment. • New customers are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment • Session take approximately 30 to 40 minutes to complete. • Treatments are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. • Since full face and front neck are hormonal, it generally needs 6 to 14 sessions to see a 70% to 90% reduction of hair. • Persons with hormonal imbalances may require more sessions. • Please remove all beauty products (on the area to be treated) prior to your appointment. • Sun exposure and antibiotic use should also be avoided for 2 weeks before and after treatment. • Avoid waxing, tweezing, threading and depilatory creams. • For more information about before and after treatment care, please visit Laser Hair Removal page.

Cancellation Policy

Guests that do not come for their appointments will be charged cancellation fees $50. No-show second time, a 45% re-booking fee for the value of the scheduled service(s) (for a session you did not show up for) will be applied to your account. Last minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our Technicians with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment time. Please be advised that to reschedule or cancel an appointment we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees and no show fees or forfeiting of one treatment. Late appointment arrivals of 10 minutes or more, may also result in the forfeiting of your treatment. If you must cancel your appointment we require you to call/text the spa at: WOMEN 604-649-2200. If we don’t answer, please leave your information on our answering service or send us an email (oasislaser@yahoo.com) Late arrivals may have their session length shortened or rescheduled so as to not inconvenience other guests. For groups bookings we require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations.
